I've done scores of installations and helped hundreds more on our user community forum. I know the roadblocks that you will run into if you're not familiar with web servers, FTP, HTML and PHP. I'm here to steer you around all that.

• Installation of the latest version of the software (2.8, at the moment)
• Configuration of the software per your instructions
• Setting of proper web server permissions
• Modification of the templates to include your support address
• Placeholder replacement of your product name on templates
• Insertion of your autoresponder opt-in form
• Theft protection through access restriction (where available) or obfuscation of the download location
• Testing of your autoresponder posting and redirects
